Shift: Thursday - Sunday, 6:00am - 4:40pm

PURPOSE OF POSITION:

We are seeking candidates who are able to stay organized and maintain their attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidates will be physically fit, as the position requires unloading shipments and moving inventory between the warehouse and production floor.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Complying with company quality, safety, and production policies and procedures
• Recording and controlling the movement of parts, supplies, and materials to and from the warehouse using the ERP system (e.g., INFOR)
• Issuing materials from the warehouse to production as required • Assisting in inventory management, cycle counts, and workstation replenishment
• Performing other duties as required.


What you need to be part of our team:
  • 2 years of warehouse experience
  • Forklift certificate- Required
  • Receiving, Replenishment and inventory handling experience required
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, able to prioritize, detail oriented
  • Excellent computer skills (ERP, Microsoft Office)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Great attendance and professionalism

This role requires standing and walking for approximately 95% of the shift (with about 5% sitting), frequently lifting up to 50 lbs, and the ability to bend, squat, crawl, and climb as part of regular duties. Are you able to safely perform these essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodation?

This role requires clear verbal and written communication in English to support safety, training, and team collaboration onsite. Are you comfortable communicating fluently in English in a workplace setting?

This position requires reliable transportation to and from the worksite in Surrey, BC. Do you have reliable transportation to consistently arrive on time for your scheduled shifts?

Are you a current employee at IEM?

Do you have your Forklift Certification?
